Cristina Kokhanevych has been part of Sunlight Electric nearly her entire life. She began working for the company at sixteen, learning the business from the ground up and developing a deep understanding of what makes Sunlight Electric a trusted name in the industry. As the daughter of the company’s founder, Cristina takes great pride in continuing her family’s legacy of quality, reliability, and customer-first service.
In her current role as Human Resource and Financial Manager, Cristina oversees employee development and organizational culture while managing the company’s financial operations and strategic planning. Her background in business and human resources allows her to approach management with both empathy and precision—ensuring that every team member feels supported and that daily operations run efficiently and sustainably.
Cristina’s education reflects her passion for people and business. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Social Science with a concentration in Personnel Psychology and Human Resources from Washington State University, following an Associate of Arts degree from Clark College. She also studied abroad at the University of Westminster in London, focusing on Business Information Management and Operations, which expanded her global perspective on leadership and organizational growth.
