Vlad Antonovich began his career in the electrical field somewhat unexpectedly, working part-time in the Sunlight Electric warehouse during summer breaks. Unsure of his long-term direction after high school, he considered several paths, including college and trades outside the electrical industry. What ultimately shaped his decision was discovering how much he enjoyed working with his hands, understanding how things are built, and being part of a team contributing to real, tangible projects.
Motivated by that experience, Vlad chose to pursue an electrical apprenticeship. The learning curve was challenging, and balancing work, study, and daily life required discipline — but he persisted, gaining valuable knowledge, confidence, and field experience along the way. Each project and role taught him new skills and deepened his understanding of the industry.
Today, Vlad proudly serves as an Electrical Project Manager, leading crews and overseeing complex projects from planning through completion. He credits his growth to starting at the ground level and working his way up — a journey that taught him the value of patience, effort, and continuous improvement. Vlad is committed to leading with clarity, supporting his team, and contributing to Sunlight Electric’s ongoing success.
