William Halberg played a key role in establishing Sunlight Electric’s Underground Department. His passion for underground electrical work began early, inspired by watching his father operate equipment, install conduit, and work with underground systems. He has always enjoyed hands-on work outdoors and working with machinery, making this field a natural fit.
William’s experience began at age sixteen in a warehouse managing electrical materials. After graduating, he spent time working in the oil fields, where he gained additional electrical experience and performed environmental reclamation and cleanup. Upon returning to Washington, he continued in underground electrical work before stepping into a Superintendent role with a general contractor. When the opportunity arose to help launch Sunlight’s Underground Department, William collaborated with leadership to build and grow the division from the ground up.
Today, William serves as Operations Manager of the Underground Department, where he oversees field operations, project coordination, and team development. He is committed to leading safely, efficiently, and with a dedication to building strong crews and strong results.
